Safe waste & circular economy

Treat waste where it is created and recover its value

Decentralised, smokeless treatment for hospitals, villages, farms and towns, designed so waste never becomes a health risk and its energy and carbon are put back to use.

The challenge

Waste that waits is waste that harms

When collection is irregular, infectious, sanitary and mixed waste piles up, gets dumped or is burnt in the open. That exposes sanitation workers, patients and children to infection and toxic smoke.

  • Biomedical waste must be treated safely under BMW Rules 2016
  • Sanitary waste is often burnt or flushed for lack of options
  • Dead poultry and animal carcasses risk spreading disease
  • Plastic and crop residue are burnt openly in many districts

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Are your incinerators smokeless?

Yes. INCECO uses a twin-chamber, electrically heated design with a four-stage flue-gas cleaning train. In VJTI Mumbai’s independent test (September 2026) the stack showed Ringelmann 0, meaning no visible smoke, and every emission parameter was within CPCB limits.

Can a gram panchayat run an MSW incinerator?

Yes. The INCECO MSW unit is designed for decentralised use, and we train local operators to run and maintain it.

Do you help with approvals?

We provide technical documentation, test reports and support for the consents required from pollution control boards.
