Cleaner air where people breathe

eTree is a patented outdoor air purifier shaped like a tree. It draws in polluted street-level air, removes dust and fine particulates, and reports air quality live. One eTree does the air-cleaning work of about 20 trees.

The challenge

Millions breathe unsafe air on their way to work and school

1
Street-level exposurePedestrians, commuters and street vendors breathe traffic dust and smoke for hours every day.
2
Children most at riskSchool gates and bus stops are often the most polluted places children spend time.
3
Hard to prove progressCities need measured, local data to show their clean-air spending is working.

Our answer: eTree purifies air at street level and reports PM2.5, PM10, O₂ and CO₂ live from every unit.

Why choose it

Key benefits

Purifies air at street level

Cleans the air at the height where pedestrians, commuters and children breathe.

Data you can report

Sensors track PM2.5, PM10, O₂ and CO₂ so cities and companies can show measured results.

Very low running cost

About 0.3–0.5 units of electricity a day, with no filters to replace in the primary stages.

Designed for public spaces

A tree-like form that blends into roads, parks and campuses, on a 2.5 ft square footprint.

How it works

Three-stage purification

Air rises from the base to the top of the unit and is cleaned in three stages.

Polluted air inat the base
Cyclonecoarse dust into a tray
Corona dischargePM2.5, PM10 and carbon
Activated carbonozone and odours

Testimonials

What our clients say

“We installed eTree at our central student quadrangle where foot traffic is highest. Beyond being a striking green installation, it creates a clean-air zone. Students sit and study under it, and the real-time display shows visible drops in PM2.5 and PM10 levels during peak hours.”

Dean of Infrastructure & Student Affairs, Educational Campus

“Reducing traffic emissions at congested road junctions is a key NCAP priority for our municipal corporation. The eTree units are an ideal decentralised intervention. Their filtration captures vehicle soot and particulate smog continuously without taking up large sidewalk space or needing heavy civil work.”

Executive Engineer, Smart City Development Corporation

Frequently asked questions

Questions about eTree Ambient Air Purifier

How does eTree purify air?

Air enters at the base and passes through a cyclone that removes coarse dust, a corona-discharge stage that captures fine particulates and carbon, and an activated-carbon stage that neutralises ozone. Clean air leaves at the top.

What does eTree monitor?

Each eTree tracks PM2.5, PM10, O₂ and CO₂ online, so you can see and report air quality around the unit.

How much power does eTree use?

About 0.3–0.5 units of electricity a day on a 230 V, 5 A supply.

Where can eTree be installed?

At traffic junctions, toll plazas, bus and railway stations, campuses, hospitals, parks and industrial estates. It needs a 2.5 ft square concrete base, power and internet.

Can eTree be funded through NCAP or CSR?

Yes. Cities can use NCAP and Finance Commission air-quality funds, and companies can fund eTree under CSR Schedule VII for environmental sustainability.
